The Corporate Affairs Commission (“CAC” or the “Commission”) in Nigeria is the government agency responsible for the registration and regulation of companies, businesses, and other corporate entities in Nigeria. It operates under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and is tasked with facilitating business and corporate affairs activities in the country.
The CAC is charged with the administration of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, including the registration, regulation, and supervision of
